Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team fine dining experience at LaNoma Italian Steakhouse. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:

- Greet guests and provide them with menus

- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area

- Handle cash transactions and process payments using our POS system

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation

- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have

- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred

- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus

- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

- Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.46 - $20.75 per hour
